Your Birth Day

November 15, 2010- Head to Conroe at 5:30 am to get you out of my tummy.  Nonnie, Mimi, and Becca rode with and were there the entire time.  Sign in, change into hospital gown(yuck), and get information entered.
6 am- IV inserted and I cry like a little baby=(
7:30 am- Pitocin is started to start contractions
9:30 am- Dr. Eckhardt comes in to break my water
10:00 am-  329798732 cups of ice chips down, hehe
12:00 pm- Ask for epidural
1:30 pm- Finally get epidural and everyone else begins to arrive
2:30 pm- dilated to a 6, moving slowly
8:30 pm- 15 hours in, still waiting
10:30 pm- Having a lot of back labor and pressure;; Pushing begins. Nonnie, Mimi, and Mimi2 are in the room.
11:00 pm- Screaming at nurse b/c I was having a hard time pushing b/c of the back labor.
November 16, 2010
12:00am- Doctor finally comes in to get you out
12:19 am- You're here! 8 lbs 11 oz and 20 3/4 inches long.  Hard delivery.  Your head was very swollen due to being such a big baby and being faceup. I hold you for the first time.  You are the best thing that could have ever happened to me.  Now the 9 months of waiting finally comes to an amazing ending result.
They eventually take you away from me to make sure you're doing ok and to clean you up.
5 am-  They bring you back to me and the fun begins!
We stayed in the hospital till Wednesday. They had to do an ultrasound on your head
b/c of the swelling and possible bleeding.  Came back negative!
November 17, 2010
2 pm- Sign your birth certificate and realize you're finally mine and you're finally here!  All mine!
7 pm- We're home!
